Grown on sandy loam soils, this estate grown chardonnay exhibits an assortment of apples with crisp acidity. No butter or oak here: this wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel to show purity and clarity of fruit.

located on the 45th parallel in northern portion of Old Mission Peninsula, this medium-bodied Pinot Gris exhibits honeyed peach and nectarine flavors whilst remaining dry. Aged and fermented in stainless steel.
The Symposium rosé is 100% Pinot Gris. We cold soak the grapes to extract the pigment of the skins thus making a pale pink wine. This dry rosé pairs with every season. 40 cases produced.
We harvested the fruit in September 2021 and took our time to ferment and age the wines over twenty six months. This 100% Chardonnay(Wente clone) sparkling follows the méthode traditionnelle indicating that the secondary fermentation happens in the bottle. Disgorged November 2023. 43 cases produced.
